The project consists of extending an existing 5-bedroom bungalow upwards and outwards to create a contemporary chalet style bungalow. This property is set within a fantastic 3 acre site in Copford with views over farm land. The original property was built in the 1930's and is currently inadequate for modern day family living. DMAC Architects have worked closely with the client to create this significantly extended, remodelled and sustainable home that makes the most of the site by capturing the best views and connections with the landscape around it.
